Fat, oil and grease (FOG) digestion, eliminiation of smells, blockages and fat trap emptying because of FOG accumulations.

Carry out a site inspection of the premises incurring the drain line blockages and identify site specific problems. These will include issues such as kitchen hygiene and working practices; disposal of surplus food and spent fat from fryers and rotisseries; location and size of the grease trap, if any; the drain line run and whether it discharges to main sewer, to sump or to a water course. Ideally an inspection report will be produced. On the basis of the report a decision can be taken on the course of action to follow. If FOG is the principal problem the installation of an Amnite L100 Biological Drain Dosing System is likely to be the correct solution with dosing levels adjusted to accommodate the level of activity on the site.
