CBIO installed their first GreaseBeta GRU unit for a supermarket chain. The store chosen as the first site for a Grease Recovery Unit was in the Nottingham area.
The unit was installed by CBIO's team of in-house service engineers and was considered a complete success.
The unit itself will be carefully monitored and the inlet and outlet FOG levels recorded over a period of 8-12 weeks. These results will be analysed to demonstrate the efficacy of the product in reducing FOG levels in commercial kitchen waste water.
Once complete this analysis will be used to illustrate the benefits of an integrated FOG management policy involving a range of technologies and equipment. This approach will ensure that customers can implement the best possible FOG management regime.
